Let's build your site.

Everything I need to start building is on this page. Answer what you can and leave the rest blank.

It takes about fifteen minutes. Your answers are saved in this browser as you type, so you can close the tab and come back to it. Only the starred questions are required — everything else can follow later by email.
About you

The basics, so everything I build says your name the way you say it.

The name you actually go by.

she/her, he/him, they/them — or anything else. Leave it blank and I will use your name rather than guess.

The name your registration and invoices are under, if it differs.

Where I will reply. Not necessarily the address that goes on the site.

Goes on invoices and, if you want it there, the site footer.

This decides which regulator applies to you.

Registration and compliance

Your registration details have to appear on the site, so I need them before I can build it. If something is still in progress, just say so.

Who you book under. If you are independent, write that.

TICO in Ontario, OPC in Quebec, a seller-of-travel number elsewhere. If your host's number is the one displayed, give me theirs and say so.

Where are you with registration?

TICO exam, CTC, ACC, supplier certifications — whatever you hold and want shown.

Errors & omissions insurance
Your clients

The answers here shape the whole site.

Age, how they find you, how they like to be contacted, anything that changes how a page should read. Be specific rather than polite.

Do you have a niche?

Cruise, all-inclusive, group travel, destination weddings, accessible travel, a region you know cold.

Domain and email
Do you own a domain?

Or, if you would like me to register one, two or three names you would be happy with.

info@, hello@, yourname@ — at your own domain.

So nothing in flight gets lost when we switch you over.

Where your enquiries go

When somebody fills in the form on your new site, this is what happens next.

Want an instant alert on your phone as well?

A free Telegram message the moment somebody enquires, usually within seconds. Tap the button, press Start in Telegram, then come back to this page.

Connect Telegram

Optional — your enquiries come by email either way.

Look and feel

Describe it however it comes out. "Warm autumn" and "cool blues" are perfectly good briefs.

Anything you like or cannot stand. Existing brand colours if you have them.

Logo

Warm and chatty, brisk and expert, luxurious and quiet — your call.

They do not have to be travel sites.

What you will send me

You do not need it all today — fill in what you have and I will chase the rest.

Rough is fine. I will tidy it and send it back for approval. How you got into travel is usually the best part.

Paste them in with the client's first name and city.

Do you have permission to publish those?

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, a business page — whatever is live.

Money

Some of this needs to appear on your site.

Do you charge a service fee?

Flat or percentage, per booking or per person, and whether it is deducted from the booking or charged separately.

Do you want a referral programme?
Do you need a way to take payments?
Practical

A real date if you have one — a trade show, a season, a launch.

Name and email. If it is only you, say so.

Including anything you are worried about. Especially that.

Photos

A photo of you, your logo if you have one, and any pictures you want on the site. Straight off your phone is fine — I will crop and tidy them.

JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF or SVG. You can pick several at once.
